Extending QtCreator

Qt Creator is a cross-platform c++ development environment. It has a lot of advantages but also multiple shortcomings. One of them is the lack of a decent subversion integration. Also the absence of refactoring tools is a serious limitation.

However, there is the ability to extend Qt Creator with plug-ins that adds extra functionalities.

Documentation about how to create a plug-in for Qt Creator is unfortunately barely available. So part of the problem will be understanding this principle.

The objective of this thesis is to solve the shortcomings of Qt Creator by extending Qt Creator with plug-ins that adds these extra functionalities.
